Roasted asparagus

1 1/2 lb asparagus
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 lemon opt.

Preheat 450
Trim bottom asparagus. Place in baking dish. Drizzle olive oil and toss. Sprinkle with salt and toss. Bake 7 to 10 mn for thin stalks, 10 to 12 for thick ones. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
